The Iguazu Falls

One of the world’s greatest tourist attractions is the breathtaking Iguazu Waterfalls. Situated on the border between Argentina and Brazil, the fantastic waterfalls attract thousands of visitors every year. There are totally 275 smaller and bigger waterfalls which compose the breathtaking Iguazu Falls. The most astonishing of all is the 82 m tall Devil’s Throat. Most of the tourists visit the falls from the Argentine Puerto Iguazú city.

The impressive glacier can be found in the Los Glaciares National Park. It can be reached from the town of El Calafate. The glacier is considered the most impressive of the national park’s glaciers. The Perito Moreno Glacieris one of the most significant tourist attractions of Argentina. The immense glacier is easily accessible and boat tours are available at the glacier.

Monte Fitz Roy

Being over 3.300 m tall, the amazing Monte Fitz Roy is situated on the border between Chile and Argentina, in the Southern Patagonian Ice Field. This fantastic natural attraction of the country attracts dozens of nature-lovers and many photographers. The fantastic mountain is one of the world’s most technically challenging mountains for the lovers of mountaineering. Valdes Peninsula

Another popular visitor destination is the Valdes Peninsula which is a gorgeous nature reserve protecting unique geology and fauna. Visitors of this fantastic peninsula have the occasion to admire elephant seals (between October and March), sea lions, and penguins. If you visit the nature reserve between May and December and opt for a boat tour, you can watch whales between the mainland and the Valdes Peninsula.


The ski resort of Bariloche is a very popular tourist destination at the Andes’ foothills. It is notable for its astonishing natural beauty, being surrounded by gorgeous lakes and mountains. It is like a Swiss resort, housing fantastic chocolate shops, too. If you are a lover of skiing, Bariloche is the perfect place to go.
