The natural jewels of Patagonia

The South American region, Patagonia is world wide famous for its natural beauty. Its Argentina part is also famous for including numerous natural attractions. The Los Glaciares National Park

The Lacar Lake

One of the most beautiful and largest lakes of Argentina is the breathtaking Lacar Lake. The lake is located in the province of Neuquen and is of glacial origin. The closest inhabited area is the city of San Martin de los Andes. So, if you want to spend your vacation near a beautiful lake, this is the right region. The Nahuel Huapi National Park

Another wonderful protected area of the Argentine Patagonia region is the Nahuel Huapi National Park with its lake which wears the same name. Located at the foothills of the Patagonian Andes, the park is very popular among visitors.

Besides the beautiful Nahuel Huapi Lake, the national park includes another world famous attraction – the ski paradise of San Carlos de Bariloche. The Puelo Lake

Last, but not least attractive is the Puelo Lake located in Chubut Province. It is a fluvial-glacial lake which attracts about 20.000 of visitors yearly due to the surrounding natural environment. The lake and its surrounding area are protected by the Lago Puelo National Park. It is a remarkable natural jewel of Patagonia.
