Argentina is an amazing country with numerous natural and cultural attractions. Some of these are also the landmarks or symbols of the country. Each country has its own landmark or landmarks. These are the attractions which are usually internationally famous. Argentina has numerous landmarks of which I will present the top 5 in the following article. These landmarks are: the Buenos Aires Obelisk, the Iguaçu National Park, the Mount Fitz Roy, the Ischigualastro and the Valley of the Moon and the Talampaya Canyon. The well-known obelisk is one of the most famous and recognizable landmarks of the country. It is a very popular attraction among tourists. The Iguazu National Park

It attracts millions of tourists each year. The breathtaking Iguazu Falls are some of the most popular waterfalls in the whole world. The heights of the breathtaking waterfalls vary between 60 and 82 meters. There are bigger and smaller waterfalls, resulting about 275 by number. The falls divide the Iguazu River into two parts: the upper and the lower Iguazu. The national park is undoubtedly one of the best landmarks of Argentina and a must-see for visitors.

The Mount Fitz Roy

This well-known landmark attracts dozens of visitors each year. Its highest peak is about 3.500 m high and is a favorite for the lovers of hiking and climbing. The mountain is set in a spectacular landscape, being a must-see of Argentina. The wonderful snow-capped peaks are very attractive for photographers, too. If you are a nature-lover or a fan of climbing, this mountain is the perfect site for a great experience.

The Ischigualastro and the Valley of the Moon

Being well-known for the unique and interesting rock formations, the Ischigualastro and the Valley of the Moon is an attractive destination for tourists. The outstanding formations were formed over thousands of years by extremely strong winds. Some of the rock formations are the following: the Sphinx, the Painted Valley and the Worm. The Talampaya Canyon

One of the most spectacular natural landmarks of Argentina, the Talampaya Canyon is located in the national park with the same name. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and attracts dozens of visitors every year. The red walls and formations are the result of a 250-year erosion. There are different leveled hiking routes, so families will enjoy the visit as well as expert hikers.
