You’ve surely heard about the Argentine Tango. It is one of the world’s most popular and most sophisticated dances. You should also give a try. There are innumerable venues where you can dance Tango, not to mention the great dance schools. Besides, there are numerous venues where you can watch Tango shows. Two great venues of Buenos Aires are Club Gricel and Confitería Ideal.

Wine

Argentine wine is world renowned. There are immense wine producing regions in the country, with the most important one in the province of Mendoza. The province is packed of wineries and vineyards. There are offered fantastic wine tours in the region. You can easily visit 5 or 6 wineries per day. If you love wine, I suggest you to make a wine tour. You won’t regret it.

Beef

Argentina is well-known for its beef. Local people eat a lot of beef. If you would also like to taste it, go to a parrilla. Some of the most popular beef dishes are: bife de chorizo, bife de lomo, bife de costilla, ojo de bife, cuadril, vacío, tira de asado and so on.

Major cities

The most significant cities of Argentina are the following: Buenos Aires (the capital city), Mendoza, Cordoba, Ushuaia, Bariloche, Rosario, La Plata, Salta, Mar del Plata and so on. All of these urban destinations are remarkable and very attractive for tourists. The most popular is of course the capital city.

Buenos Aires is a buzzing city, with innumerable cultural landmarks, great nightlife spots, restaurants and others.
